EVOH
EVOH, or Ethylene Vinyl Alcohol is a copolymer of ethylene & vinyl alcohol that can be used to give extra oxygen and gas barrier properties to a jar or plastic bottle. It is common in food packaging to help keep the air out and flavours in.
PE/EVOH-PE
The PE/EVOH-PE pouch is a 100% recyclable mono-material complex film. The presence of an EVOH layer provides an excellent barrier protection against oxygen, carbon dioxide and also retains aromas, without impacting the recyclability of the bag.
